Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most major locations worldwide. All international orders will be registered and tracked. 

Custom Duties & Taxes

Taxes and duties might be applicable to some international orders, depending on the tax regulations in your country. Please note that these costs are NOT included in our prices - additional charges for taxes or customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please do contact your local customs office for more details on any applicable duties and taxes. 

How much are the shipping fees?

The shipping fees will be calculated and displayed upon checkout. 

If you are unable to view the shipping fees for your country, kindly drop us an email and we will assist you. 

We can also look into preferable shipping rates for bulk orders via forwarders.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All orders will take about 1 to 3 business days to process for shipment. Depending on the shipping service provider you’ve selected, the duration will vary accordingly. 

Singpost (Normal): 2 to 5 working days
Singpost (Registered): 2 to 3 working days
Courier Doorstep Delivery: 2 to 3 working days

Please take note that delivery lead times are just an estimate and they do not include internal order processing time of 1 to 3 working days.

Incorrect / Insufficient Address

Please reach out to us immediately if your mailing address is inaccurate. Our team will try to update the address if the parcel has not been shipped out. 

We will not be held responsible for any orders that has inaccurate or insufficient address provided. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes to the address.

We will be able to provide a refund (in store credits) if the parcel is returned to us successfully, or resend it to you with the updated address with a shipping fee. 

 

Unsuccessful Deliveries (NinjaVan)

Depending on our courier service providers, any additional delivery attempts (on top of the complimentary redeliveries) will be subjected to a top-up of courier fees again. 

Lost Mails 

Please note that we are not liable for any lost mails that are handled by our shipping providers. Due to high volume of orders, we will not be able to provide any picture proof of postage for normal mails. 

We highly recommend opting for tracked postage for a peace of mind. 

Self-Collection

We currently do not offer any self-collection for parcels.
